My work is based on abstracted compositions and patterns.
Constructions explore three-dimensional compositions in layers. These derive from my architectural training as well as my interest in light and shadow effects.
Collages are layered paintings of canvas, paper, cloth and other materials as well as paintings which have been cut up and re-assembled.
Monotypes (prints) explore layered geometric patterns
Works on Paper include water flow paintings, sponge paintings, pastels and selected drawings.
Patterns are abstractions of real forms
